ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Designer with experience in paid media, UI/UX and brand design to join the Romanian team of one of our partners - a product company developing a financial platform that offers nonprofit membership groups easy ways to collect, spend and manage money online.

The platform is similar to PayPal or Venmo, but, unlike these, it is built for organisations, allowing the management of all group’s finances in one platform - create organized collections, track incoming payments, send reminders, and see who’s paid at a glance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Brand & Marketing designer you will innovate constantly within the team to build new or updated full-stack marketing campaigns that engage with our partner's audience. 

You’ll design paid ads, marketing emails, landing pages, sales & business collaterals and design for the company's users across their entire funnel.

You will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and work with the sales, product and executive teams.

• Create compelling assets for paid ads, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, Sales and Business development decks, Webinar presentations, and more;
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and elevate our visual storytelling;
• Design assets that enhance our brand’s presence at every stage of the marketing funnel, driving engagement and conversions;
• Ensure all designs are on-brand;
• Collaborate closely with local and global team members, incl. Content, Sales and Business.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer with experience in developing brand;
• Experience creating ads for Google and LinkedIn;
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work on marketing collaterals such as paid banners, landing pages, email marketing and presentations;
• Detail-oriented with a creative mind and the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Creative solutions to support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns;
• Up to date with industry trends that apply new techniques and best practices to enhance visual identity;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Excellent level of English;
• Strong organisational skills;

Nice to have:

• Experience developing brand from the ground up;
• Experience creating video ads;
