ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer, proficient with React, to join a team that builds and maintains a robust and fast, cloud-based platform in the FinTech space using the latest technologies.
As a Senior Frontend Developer you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing user interfaces for complex web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, performant, and elegant solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end code systems that drive complex web applications (mobile friendly);
- Analyze and strategize to implement requirements and UX/UI interface designs;
- Maintain and improve multiple projects simultaneously;
- Collaborate with Product Owner, back-end Developers and Designers to improve usability;
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability;
- Provide deep software development knowledge with respect to front-end architecture, UX/UI design, and programming;
- Delegate the work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, React frameworks (Gatsby, Next.js), Redux, nice to have: Node.js;
- Experience with web development best practices;
- Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and architecture;
- Ability to work on a small team on a wide-ranging set of projects and technologies;
- Experience in serverless AWS Cloud Environment;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills;
- Self-motivated and proactive;
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
