DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate capability in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large scale cloud-native applications;

• Maintain relentless focus on the qualitative aspects of the backend services including performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and security;

• Participate in technical architecture discussions and assist technical decisions;

• Possess strong problem solving and analytic skills;

• Uphold your ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and effectively in across-functional team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience;

• Experience building robust backend services using Java;

• Experience in assessing and implementing improved development tooling and practices including proven AI Tooling; 

• Adept with agile software development life cycle and DevOps principles;

• Passion for software development, emerging technologies, and culture of innovation;

• A positive mindset and can-do attitude;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
