Let’s talk about the professionalism of candidates!
As recruiters, we find ourselves in situations where candidates drop out of interview discussions or the recruiting process altogether without letting us know. While we are perfectly capable of recovering from it, they should know this lack of accountability impacts their professional brand.
Life happens and priorities change but it’s still cool to let the recruiter know you would not be attending the interview or you’re no longer interested in the project. We’ll pick up where we left off another time!
